Can I upgrade my components in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We encourage enthusiasts to grow with their systems. Opening your case to perform upgrades does not void your warranty, though damage caused by third-party components is not covered.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your system, you can return it for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the custom configuration and labor.
Does my Nebula PC come with Windows pre-installed?
